Business Center Sales Manager

About the role

The Business Center Sales Manager will be based on‑site in Dubai and will drive occupancy and revenue across BizCity’s premium business centres. You will work closely with prospects, existing tenants and internal teams to deliver a seamless sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects for private offices, co‑working spaces and meeting facilities.
• Manage the full sales pipeline, conduct tours, prepare proposals and negotiate terms.
• Close agreements and ensure smooth hand‑over to operations.
• Track performance metrics, maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report results.
• Conduct market research and participate in networking events to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to develop sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong business management background with experience in centre operations, pipeline management and strategic planning.
• Analytical ability to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs and forecast demand.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven sales expertise in prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing.
• Effective verbal and written communication for presentations and cross‑team collaboration.
• Relevant experience in business centres, real estate, hospitality or flexible‑workspace sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with the Dubai business landscape and ability to work on‑site managing multiple priorities.
