Business Developer – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Developer who is a native Arabic speaker to expand our market presence across Abu Dhabi and the other Emirates. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract award, while building lasting relationships with clients in sectors such as energy, utilities, infrastructure, aerospace, hospitality and tourism.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and win new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Manage the complete sales process – lead generation, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, scheduling and receivables.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date information in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with technical teams to craft winning proposals and value propositions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing timely updates and resolving issues.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and build strong relationships with GRC, QHSE, Cyber and Sustainability departments.
• Represent the company at industry events, workshops and conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and management systems (training in ISO is a plus).
• Strong ownership mindset, structured time‑management and a customer‑focused attitude.
