Business Developer – Certification (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Developer to drive new certification business across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will manage the full sales cycle, build client relationships and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and win new certification projects in Abu Dhabi and other Emirates.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to contract award, scheduling and receivables.
• Maintain monthly sales targets, pipeline coverage and accurate data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop winning proposals and conduct workshops, presentations and client meetings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses, stakeholder mapping and high satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry.
• Strong ownership mindset, structured time management and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO standards and management systems.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
