About the role

The Business Development Director leads the company’s growth initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the brand’s reach. This senior role coordinates sales, marketing, and customer‑service teams to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors.
• Evaluate current partnerships and sales efforts, optimizing what works and revising what does not.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship management.
• Research new markets, track trends, and propose strategic partnerships.
• Shape long‑term company objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
• Oversee RFP responses, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Support the development of customer‑facing digital platforms and conduct webinars or presentations to raise brand visibility.
