About the role
Ultiwise Consult is hiring a Business Development Executive for its 3PL business in Dubai, UAE. The role manages the full order cycle to grow business and ensure customer satisfaction, with a salary of AED 8,000-15,000 and requires 2-5 years of experience.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and develop sales strategy
- Manage and coordinate the full order cycle
- Liaise with and negotiate with clients
- Handle and manage key accounts
- Own all functions and revenue
- Resolve problems and complaints
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics, analyse data and improve performance
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Required profile
- Proven sales experience in the logistics industry, specifically in JAFZA
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
- BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard logistics software
- Analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
