Business Development Executive - Corporate Setup

About the role

A premier corporate services and business setup consultancy in Dubai is hiring dynamic, target-driven Business Development Executives. The position is full-time, on-site in Dubai, with immediate joiners preferred. It suits candidates who want a growth opportunity with a high-earning commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new B2B clients interested in company formation and corporate setup in Dubai.
• Provide professional consultation on UAE business licensing, Freezone and Mainland setup.
• Lead sales negotiations and close B2B deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development; experience in business setup or corporate consultancy in the UAE is a strong plus.
• Must be currently located in Dubai and available to work on-site.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Highly professional, presentable and results-oriented.

What we offer

• Basic salary plus an uncapped commission structure, with earning potential up to 3 times basic salary depending on performance.
