Business Development Executive – ELV Division

About the role

The company is seeking a result‑driven Business Development Executive for its ELV Division in Dubai. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and closing sales for ELV solutions such as CCTV, access control, intercom, structured cabling, AV, and other low‑current systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective B2B and B2C clients through online directories, social media, and market research.
• Conduct daily outbound cold‑calling campaigns to pitch ELV products and services.
• Maintain accurate lead records, call histories, and client interactions in the CRM.
• Schedule qualified meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits for senior sales and technical teams.
• Deliver persuasive product presentations tailored to client needs, both online and in‑person.
• Track competitor offerings and industry trends to enhance sales pitches.
• Assist senior team members in negotiating contracts, preparing quotations, and finalising sales.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports on call volumes, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of UAE experience in ELV, CCTV, security systems, or IT sales.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, intercom, SMATV, AV, and networking.
• Proven B2B lead generation and cold‑calling experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented; UAE driving licence is a plus.
