Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to manage incoming leads, reactivate dormant customers, and generate new business opportunities through online research and data‑scraping tools. The role works closely with the marketing team and supports the sales team by qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify leads provided by the marketing team via phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
• Reactivate old and inactive customers to revive sales opportunities.
• Generate new leads using online platforms and scraping tools.
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Schedule meetings and hand over qualified prospects to the sales team.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Required profile

• Experience in lead generation or telesales.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Organised, target‑oriented and disciplined in follow‑up.
