Business Development Executive

About the role

Cognita Schools is expanding its centralised Sales Hub in Dubai and seeks a Business Development Executive to support prospective families interested in its Asian schools. You will be the first point of contact, guiding families from enquiry through to enrolment with a premium, personalised experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end journey for prospective families, managing a high‑volume pipeline across phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Qualify families, conduct consultative sales conversations, handle objections and drive enrolments to meet conversion targets.
• Coordinate tours, virtual meetings and assessments with school teams, ensuring seamless handovers between the Sales Hub and schools.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, use dashboards to monitor performance and share insights with marketing and school leadership.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong customer‑service experience in a premium environment.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, admissions or account management, achieving commercial targets.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple families and priorities, and comfortable working early shifts to align with Asian time zones.
• Self‑starter with resilience, detail‑orientation and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Confidence on high‑volume phone calls and digital communication channels.
