Business Development Executive

About the role

Kinetic Business Solutions, a reputable chemical distributor, is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on expanding the sales pipeline, acquiring new customers, and supporting existing accounts with technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to drive portfolio growth and acquire new customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers across the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales and business development reports and coordinate with suppliers on technical requirements.
• Provide technical support to customers, resolve product‑related issues, and ensure high‑quality service.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience with chemicals used in the food industry.
• Strong network within the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain markets.
• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
