About the role
Aayu Tax & Management Consultants is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Specialist to grow its client base in Dubai. The role involves generating leads, building relationships, and promoting accounting, VAT, tax and business advisory services.
Key responsibilities
- Visit businesses to identify and generate new sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Promote accounting, VAT, tax and business advisory services.
- Arrange client meetings and create new business opportunities.
- Convert qualified prospects into long‑term clients.
- Achieve business development targets while representing the company professionally.
Required profile
- Experience in sales, business development or client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in client‑facing environments.
- Self‑motivated with a target‑oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with the UAE business market.
