About the role

Aayu Tax & Management Consultants is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Specialist to grow its client base in Dubai. The role involves generating leads, building relationships, and promoting accounting, VAT, tax and business advisory services.

Key responsibilities

  • Visit businesses to identify and generate new sales leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Promote accounting, VAT, tax and business advisory services.
  • Arrange client meetings and create new business opportunities.
  • Convert qualified prospects into long‑term clients.
  • Achieve business development targets while representing the company professionally.

Required profile

  • Experience in sales, business development or client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in client‑facing environments.
  • Self‑motivated with a target‑oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with the UAE business market.
