About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our ICT business in Abu Dhabi. This full‑time, on‑site position will focus on generating new opportunities and expanding our client base in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and secure business opportunities for the ICT portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and market research reports.
  • Represent MarsSys at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of ICT sales experience in the enterprise sector within the UAE, especially Abu Dhabi.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
