Business Development Manager – Arabic Speaking

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying, developing and closing new opportunities across property management, hospitality and facilities management. The role requires strong client relationship management, solution design, pricing and contract negotiation, with a focus on Arabic‑speaking stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property management, hospitality and facilities management.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support growth strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations, including Arabic‑speaking stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal, HSE) to develop and price tailored solutions.
• Lead costing, pricing and value‑based proposal development.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalisation, coordinating with Finance and Legal for compliance.
• Track business development KPIs, pipeline performance and report to senior management.
• Support ESG initiatives and adhere to HSE policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the service industry, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Experience in property management, facilities management or hospitality.
• Exposure to tendering and government or semi‑government contracts.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
