Business Development Manager – Engineering Services (Arabic-speaking)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Arabic‑speaking Business Development Manager to grow our Engineering Services portfolio across the UAE. The role focuses on identifying, developing and securing new opportunities with EPC contractors, engineering consultancies and industrial organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities throughout the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, engineering consultancies, industrial companies and project stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, negotiations and contract closure.
• Promote a range of Engineering Services including Plant, Mechanical, Process, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation, Civil & Structural, Project Support, Manpower and Procurement & Commissioning.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to create client‑specific solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual revenue and growth targets.
• Monitor upcoming projects, EPC opportunities and market developments across the UAE.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management within Engineering Services.
• Proven track record of winning new clients and generating revenue in engineering consulting, technical staffing or project support services.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Hunter mentality with a strong ability to close new business.
• Established network of contacts in the UAE EPC and engineering market is highly desirable.
