About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Business Partner to join our growing EPC business in the oil & gas sector in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting tender and proposal activities to drive project growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EPC oil & gas market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of tenders, proposals, and commercial strategies.
- Drive growth across EPC projects by collaborating with internal teams.
Required profile
- Proven business development experience in EPC, oil & gas, energy, or industrial projects.
- Extensive network across the UAE/GCC oil & gas market.
- Experience with tenders, client development, and commercial strategy.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
