Business Development Manager – Financial Services (Dubai)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai focuses on generating new insurance leads, building lasting client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales cycle and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and expand the client portfolio through proactive business development activities.
• Prepare proposals, present insurance quotes, and customize plans using internal tools and systems.
• Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets while collaborating with underwriting, claims, and operations teams.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably within the UAE insurance market.
• Holding a current portfolio of existing clients and prospects.
• Ability to work independently, meet performance goals, and navigate a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal preparation abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with UAE insurance products (property, SME & individual medical, marine, motor, liability, etc.) and regulatory framework is advantageous.
