Business Development Manager - Interior Fit-Out

About the role

Majesta is looking for a sales professional with an established presence in the UAE fit-out market, with the relationships, network and credibility to get started immediately. The role covers business development, consultative selling and relationship management for interior fit-out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Use existing relationships in commercial, residential, F&B and retail fit-out projects to identify and pursue new business in villas, apartments, penthouses, restaurants, cafes, lounges, boutiques and showrooms
• Build and maintain relationships with designers, developers, consultants, hospitality operators and retail brands, and generate leads through referrals, networking and direct outreach
• Manage the sales cycle from inquiry to contract signing, coordinating with design and estimating teams on proposals and negotiating contracts aligned with company standards and margins
• Understand client budgets, timelines and project expectations
• Maintain an active pipeline, track opportunities and update the CRM accurately
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, give market insights and represent the company at industry events and client meetings

Required profile

• 4-6 years of experience in the UAE in interior fit-out, contracting or design-build sales
• Strong network within Dubai's fit-out and construction industry
• Proven track record of securing and closing fit-out projects
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
