About the role
QuantumGate is a cybersecurity venture focused on post‑quantum data security solutions. We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to identify, pursue and close high‑value opportunities across the UAE, GCC and MENA regions.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Engage C‑level executives, cybersecurity leaders and IT decision‑makers to position QuantumGate’s solutions.
- Execute consultative, value‑based selling strategies for enterprise and government customers.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and technical teams on go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts in line with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting and CRM management.
- Represent QuantumGate at industry events and conferences.
- Stay informed on cybersecurity market trends and post‑quantum cryptography developments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of new business acquisition and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling complex technology solutions to large enterprises and government organisations.
- Strong consultative and solution‑selling capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
