Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support the Chief Development Officer in driving growth across hotel management and branded residence projects. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities in luxury hospitality, resort developments, and high‑end residential assets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Development Officer in executing the company’s business development strategy.
• Research and evaluate new opportunities in luxury hotels, resorts, and branded residences.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, developers, family offices, and real‑estate investors.
• Prepare pitch decks, presentations, proposals, and feasibility studies under senior guidance.
• Participate in early‑stage partner discussions and help move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal development, design, operations, and technical services teams to ensure alignment.
• Track deal progress, update the pipeline, and generate regular reports for senior leadership.
• Attend selected industry events, meetings, and conferences to generate leads and strengthen networks.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the luxury hospitality and branded‑residence space.

Required profile

• Understanding of hospitality development, hotel management agreements, and branded residences.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities with developers, investors, and hospitality stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and ability to evaluate opportunities and support deal progression.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with experience managing pipelines and reporting.
• Collaborative mindset for working across development, design, and operations teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
