Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hard‑working, self‑driven Business Development Manager to support our Dubai‑based team from Abu Dhabi. The role will drive growth for a leading provider of Bohemian crystal masterpieces across prestigious interior‑design, architecture and lighting projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE and wider region.
• Maintain and expand relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants and other key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Dubai office and client/project sites, travelling as required.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, independent thinker with an international mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with strong presentation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with exceptional follow‑through.
• Team spirit and strong networking capabilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence and residence in Abu Dhabi.
