Business Development Manager

About the role

Neex Securities LLC, a Dubai‑based online trading firm, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand its client base, forge strategic partnerships, and drive growth across target markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase Neex’s presence in target markets.
• Identify and acquire new clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and potential partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets for growth.
• Manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar commercial role within the FX/CFD industry.
• Strong understanding of the Forex/CFD and online trading industry.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and business development.
• Experience working with IBs, affiliates, clients, or strategic partners is highly preferred.
• Existing industry network or market relationships is a strong advantage.
• Self‑motivated, commercially driven, and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
