Business Development Manager - Retail & Interior Solutions

About the role

Fisher HR is recruiting a Business Development Manager in Dubai to grow the company's business in the MENA region, focusing on retail, shopfitting, store concepts and interior solutions. The role covers key account management, lead generation, reseller development, market analysis and sales reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, support and develop key retail accounts independently, building long-term relationships with decision-makers and acting as the main point of contact for sales in the region
• Source, research and qualify new leads in the retail sector and turn them into business opportunities
• Acquire and develop new customers and projects in the MENA region, including shopfitting, store concepts and interior solutions
• Manage resellers in the MENA region, conduct performance reviews, set targets and give guidance and training
• Work with the global sales team at headquarters and act as an ambassador at trade fairs and industry events
• Contribute to market share growth, prepare market and competitor analyses, and manage the product and service portfolio in the region
• Take part in annual budgeting, prepare sales forecasts, maintain the sales pipeline and report regularly to management and headquarters

Required profile

• 5-10 years of relevant sales experience in the GCC region
• Proven retail sales track record, ideally in shopfitting, interior solutions or product sales
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Fluent English at contract and negotiation level; Arabic preferred
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• SAP experience and knowledge preferred
