Business Development Manager - Stock Trading

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, target‑oriented Business Development Manager to join a leading company in Dubai. The role focuses on expanding partner networks, driving sales, and supporting business growth within the stock trading and financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are met.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new business partners to expand the portfolio.
• Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitors and uncover new opportunities.
• Attend industry events and networking activities to grow the partner network.
• Provide partner support, coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor partnership performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Travel frequently to targeted markets to develop and maintain relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or a related role.
• Experience in stock trading, financial services or brokerage is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Target‑driven, proactive, innovative and well‑organized.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business development activities.
