Business Development Manager – TouchPoints

About the role

Join ADCB’s TouchPoints (Meedaf) team to drive digital innovation and expand the loyalty programme ecosystem. You will lead partner acquisition, revenue growth and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and secure strategic partners to broaden the TouchPoints proposition.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation, onboarding and handover.
• Structure commercial arrangements (commission, marketing funding, points exchange) to create sustainable revenue.
• Own and achieve assigned revenue targets through new partner contributions and partner‑led initiatives.
• Develop forward‑looking revenue plans, track performance and implement actions to optimise conversion and yield.
• Maintain service standards, address risks promptly and ensure compliance with departmental policies.
• Motivate and guide the team in change initiatives aligned with the Bank’s standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in partnership development, business development or loyalty programme management within financial services, retail, travel or digital commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, E‑commerce, CRM/Loyalty platforms, Strategic Sales, Key Account Management or Project Management.
