Business Development Manager – Turkish Speaker

About the role

Business Arena is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its partner network and generate new business for company formation services in Dubai. The ideal candidate has experience building referral partnerships and a strong connection to the Turkish business community.

Key responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with business consultants, accounting firms, legal practices, relocation agencies and other referral sources.
• Develop and manage a partner pipeline across the UAE and international markets, especially Turkey.
• Introduce partners to company formation, visa and related services and support them with presentations and joint marketing.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth client handover.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on partnership performance, pipeline and revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, partnership management or channel sales.
• Experience in UAE company formation, business consultancy or corporate services is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Dubai mainland and UAE free‑zone company formation processes.
• Professional fluency in English; Turkish language skills are preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and follow opportunities through to completion.
