About the role

We are looking for motivated, results‑driven professionals to join our team as Business Development Managers. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, client relationship management, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Research potential clients and market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective customers.
• Promote company products and services to meet customer needs.
• Prepare proposals, sales contracts, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and after‑sales support.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
• Monitor market trends and support business growth initiatives.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Passion for sales, marketing, and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent English communication skills.
