Business Development Officer – Manpower & HR Consultancy (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑oriented Business Development Officer to expand our manpower and HR consultancy services across Abu Dhabi, focusing on the construction, oil & gas and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Abu Dhabi market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at client organisations.
• Secure staffing and manpower supply projects through networking, client meetings and negotiations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
• Conduct presentations and client meetings to showcase our services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with all client interactions, leads and pipeline information.
• Track sales activities and achieve assigned revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of business development experience in the Abu Dhabi/UAE market.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Experience in manpower outsourcing, recruitment, staffing or HR solutions.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi market practices.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
