About the role
The Business Development Officer will drive personal loan sales and fulfillment for the Retail Banking Group. The role focuses on achieving monthly KPIs through telesales, outbound relationship management, and targeted market penetration.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned revenue targets through personal loan sales and fulfillment.
- Conduct outbound telesales activities and manage the assigned portfolio of leads.
- Maintain service standards, monitor performance, and ensure productivity efficiency.
- Cross‑sell banking products to increase penetration within target segments.
- Manage leads within the CRM system and adhere to agreed turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and control requirements.
Required profile
- Diploma or high‑school qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in personal banking, relationship management, tele‑sales or related functions.
- Strong analytical and logical abilities.
- Good market knowledge and understanding of personal banking products.
