Business Development Officer – Personal Loan Sales

About the role

The Business Development Officer will drive personal loan sales and fulfillment within the Retail Banking Group. You will work through outbound channels to meet monthly KPIs, generate revenue, and ensure high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly KPIs for personal loan sales and fulfillment.
• Conduct telesales activities focused on meeting sales targets.
• Analyze incoming leads, convert them into sales, and update all relevant systems.
• Process customer requests and offers, following up with internal departments to avoid delays.
• Maintain end‑to‑end customer service, resolve issues promptly, and escalate to the team leader when needed.
• Manage the assigned portfolio through outbound channels and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Track and record approvals, requests, and reports accurately.

Required profile

• Diploma or high‑school qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in personal banking, relationship management, tele‑sales, or related services.
• Strong analytical and logical abilities.
• Good market knowledge and understanding of personal banking products.

Required skills

• CRM usage for lead management.
