About the role
Addepar is seeking a high‑energy Business Development Representative to join its Business Development & Sales team. You will work closely with sales and partner teams to generate and qualify new revenue opportunities across wealth management, family office, private banking, and global investment management segments.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and create new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and prioritize strategic target account lists and attack plans within an assigned territory.
- Research and engage new accounts through strategic calls, personalized emails, and social media outreach.
- Conduct high‑level discovery conversations and meetings with prospect accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and other go‑to‑market teams to advance pipeline.
- Achieve quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of outbound SaaS prospecting experience with a proven track record.
- Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Flexibility, urgency, and a “company first” mindset.
- Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus.
