About the role

Novisto is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its sales team in Dubai. The role is quota‑carrying and salaried, with a tiered commission structure, and reports to the Head of Business Development. You will help expand the market for Novisto’s SaaS sustainability management platform by generating new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute outbound cadences (email, call, social media) to create new business opportunities.
  • Facilitate and conduct discovery meetings with high‑value prospects.
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for the sales team.
  • Understand customer pain points and clearly articulate Novisto’s value proposition.
  • Nurture early‑stage opportunities for future pipeline potential.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and pipeline attribution.

Required profile

  • University education, preferably a degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing.
  • Experience in outbound sales or a strong customer‑service background.
  • Motivation, grit, and focus to develop a new market.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and excellent communicator (phone and written).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
