Business Development Representative – Turkish Speaking

About the role

Join Cloudflare’s high‑performing sales team in Dubai as a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on Turkish‑speaking customers. You will be the first point of contact, helping prospects discover solutions and building a strong pipeline for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities from inbound and marketing‑generated leads, meeting quota for pipeline value and revenue.
• Identify customer pain points, map them to Cloudflare’s product portfolio, and qualify enterprise sales opportunities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with account executives, marketing, sales operations, and fellow BDRs.
• Track and manage sales activities in Salesforce (SFDC) and maintain response SLA metrics.

Required profile

• 2+ years of BDR or similar sales experience in the technology/SaaS sector, preferably in the META region.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish, with a customer‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) for sales tracking.
• Familiarity with Outreach or similar sales engagement platforms.
