About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Specialist with a strong background in dentistry to expand our network of partner clinics and dentists. This role blends clinical credibility with strategic sales to generate new business partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth by building relationships with clinics and dentists.
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with dental practices.
• Convert prospective clinics/dentists into long‑term clients.
• Track leads, conversions, and outcomes using CRM and practice management systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in dentistry (clinical or business development capacity).
• Strong sales track record with mastery‑level sales skills.
• Solid understanding of case planning and treatment coordination.
• Bilingual – fluent in Arabic and English.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Relevant degree or certification in Dentistry.
