Business Development Specialist

About the role

eProcurement.ai is a fast‑growing B2B SaaS platform that streamlines procurement for businesses. We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to source, approach, and onboard buyers and sellers, initially focusing on the beauty sector, and later expanding to other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard potential buyer and seller clients, building a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conduct client meetings, sales presentations and product demos, supporting registration and initial platform usage.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups, convert prospects into active users and nurture long‑term relationships with business owners, procurement teams and senior decision‑makers.
• Provide market feedback, client insights and sector opportunities to the internal team.
• Support the platform’s expansion into additional industries as it scales.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, B2B SaaS or marketplace sales.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Currently based in the UAE and able to work full‑time in Dubai.
• UAE driving licence and access to a car.
• Presentable, credible and confident in client‑facing meetings.
• Proven sales discipline, pipeline management and follow‑up skills.
