Business Excellence Specialist - Automotive

About the role

The Business Excellence Specialist will drive process improvement and project execution across automotive dealership operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of business projects, meeting timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate process modeling, optimization and workflow improvement initiatives.
• Assist cross‑functional teams in solving operational challenges and implementing best practices.
• Coordinate with Sales and Aftersales to ensure compliance with policies and brand standards.
• Monitor and analyse dealership KPIs, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Collect, analyse and interpret operational data to spot risks and opportunities.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and business updates with analytical insights.
• Maintain and improve reporting tools, dashboards and tracking systems.
• Support project planning, scope definition, timeline setting and stakeholder requirements.
• Track project progress and escalate risks or delays.
• Assist implementation of digital and operational solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Review contracts and documentation for legal and brand compliance.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements and operational compliance metrics.
• Promote use of genuine parts and adherence to service standards.
• Liaise with OEM stakeholders to align reporting and business initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and workflow management between departments.
• Provide administrative and operational support for daily business activities.
