Business Finance Consultant

About the role
The Business Finance Consultant will join BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE in Abu Dhabi to provide financial analysis, modeling, and strategic advice for corporate transactions. Working closely with attorneys and clients, you will help shape deal structures, manage capital, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop detailed financial models and forecasts to support mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and budgeting tools for client meetings.
- Advise on cash‑flow management, cost control, and capital optimization.
- Support compliance with corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary legal teams to align financial solutions with legal strategies.
Required profile
- Strong finance and accounting background with ability to interpret financial statements.
- Experience in consulting or management consulting delivering strategic advice.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field; professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a legal and consulting environment.
