About the role
The Business Operations Coordinator at Nuvocotto ensures smooth day‑to‑day functioning across sales, operations, HR and compliance. Acting as the central hub, you will coordinate activities between departments, maintain documentation and support the company’s growth in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities, prepare quotations, invoices, LPOs and POs, and manage project documentation and technical submittals.
- Oversee procurement, vendor follow‑ups, logistics, freight and shipment processes, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.
- Handle government and statutory documentation, maintain inventory records and operational filing systems.
- Support payroll, salary processing, employee incentives, medical insurance, and maintain employee, partner and visa records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements, and manage company mobile devices and communication equipment.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Good understanding of business operations, administration and sales coordination.
- Knowledge of procurement, logistics and compliance procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal coordination skills.
- Professional handling of confidential information.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
