Business Risk Manager (Crypto)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Business Risk Manager to join its crypto entity and strengthen the first line of defence. You will develop sustainable growth strategies aligned with operational risk frameworks and elevate risk management procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the application of the risk management framework within the crypto entity.
• Identify, assess, document, and review risks.
• Independently test controls and develop related procedures.
• Design key risk indicators and monitor them against limits.
• Register and manage risk incidents, delivering relevant reports.
• Prepare management information on risk exposures and implement business continuity requirements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in risk management within financial services or technology.
• Proven ability to interpret and organise complex data for risk‑based decisions.
• Strong track record of achievement in a business environment.
• Ability to assume responsibilities quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Organised, methodological approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
