Business Services Center Supervisor

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Supervisor for its Business Services Center to lead a team that supports the resort’s operations. The role involves managing daily workflows, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Business Services Center representatives, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to maintain service standards.
• Oversee daily workflows, including documentation, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Wynn policies and UAE regulations.
• Act as an escalation point for internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Support the Assistant Manager in implementing best practices and new initiatives.
• Prepare and review operational reports for management.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business services or administrative roles, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and adaptability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with hospitality systems.
