Business Setup Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Business Setup Advisor to join our Dubai office on a full‑time basis. You will work directly with entrepreneurs, startups and established companies, guiding them through the entire UAE company formation journey.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in company formation, business registration and licence acquisition.
• Prepare, review and submit required documentation to government authorities.
• Provide expert advice on local regulations, trademark registration and PRO services.
• Analyse client needs and design tailored business‑setup solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate client situations.
• Experience in consulting or management consulting, preferably within UAE business‑setup services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of finance and budgeting concepts.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of UAE business laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar advisory role.
