Business Setup Consultant – Advisory & Sales

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Business Setup Consultant to join our team and help entrepreneurs establish their companies across Free Zones, Mainland and Offshore jurisdictions in the UAE. You will combine advisory expertise with sales acumen to turn business ideas into operational realities.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on Free Zone, Mainland and Offshore company formation, providing strategic, legal and operational guidance.
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, chat and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and industry contacts.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM.
- Represent 3A Global at networking events and industry conferences.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business setup advisory, real‑estate sales or banking sales within the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Excellent English communication and strong networking abilities.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM (preferred).
