About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Butler to join the Anantara Downtown Dubai team, part of Minor Hotels. The successful candidate will deliver highly personalized, anticipatory service to our discerning guests, ensuring every stay exceeds expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient, discreet assistance to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences at all times.
- Take full ownership of the guest experience within assigned accommodations.
- Supervise, coordinate and assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of hotel rooms.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.
