Butler – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Butler will provide personalized, high‑end service to guests at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, ensuring a memorable and luxurious stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests, give detailed orientation of rooms and facilities, and coordinate room service and in‑room dining.
• Assist housekeeping, maintain room standards, and manage guest personal items, wardrobes, and valet requirements.
• Handle luggage packing/unpacking, maintain the Butler’s pantry, and stock suite bars.
• Provide local information, make bookings and reservations, and support restaurant, reception, luggage services, and back‑of‑house operations as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, preferably Butler services or hotel operations.
• Supervisory experience in a five‑star hotel or luxury resort is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Russian, Turkish or Arabic are a plus.
• Well‑groomed, guest‑oriented and able to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
