Buy-Side Sales Executive (Fixed Income & Derivatives)

About the role

Tradeweb, a global leader in electronic trading across asset classes, is looking for a Buy-Side Sales Executive based in its Dubai office to grow its franchise across the Middle East. The role covers Fixed Income, Derivatives and relevant Equity products, working closely with regional and global teams in Europe, the US and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, taking ownership of opportunities from initial engagement through to execution.
• Develop relationships with new clients and deepen engagement with existing accounts, identifying new users, desks, products and workflows.
• Educate clients on Tradeweb's products, functionality and electronic trading solutions, giving presentations and demonstrations as needed.
• Develop and execute the Middle East buy-side sales strategy with regional and European Sales, Client Services, Specialist Sales, Product and other teams.
• Understand clients' electronic trading workflows, including technology, connectivity, clearing and settlement considerations.
• Share regional market and competitor intelligence internally to support product development and sales strategy.
• Represent Tradeweb professionally with senior stakeholders and travel frequently across the Middle East to meet clients.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience.
• Deep, established relationships with the Middle East institutional investor community and a strong network of buy-side contacts.
• Demonstrable experience building sales pipelines and generating new business.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders across different markets and cultures; flexibility outside normal hours and frequent travel.
• Arabic speaker is a plus.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of Fixed Income and Derivatives products.
• Strong understanding of electronic trading and e-commerce in financial markets.
• Knowledge of clearing, settlement and post-trade processes is desirable.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and presentation skills.
