About the role

Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, is recruiting Cabin Crew to join its team based in Abu Dhabi. As part of the cabin crew, you will represent Etihad around the world, deliver guest experiences and help keep every journey safe, working in a multicultural team. The role offers a clear path to become a Cabin Senior.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old
• At least 163 cm tall
• High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the uniform
• Ambitious, passionate about a travel lifestyle and guest-focused

What we offer

• Tax-free salary of up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers depending on the roster
• Career progression: Economy to Business Class after 12 months, Business Class to Cabin Senior after 12 months, Cabin Senior to Cabin Manager after 24 months, depending on performance and business needs
