Cabin Crew Member – Emirates (Dubai)

About the role

Emirates is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its cabin crew team in Dubai. As the face of the airline, you will ensure passengers feel safe, comfortable and well‑served throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Demonstrate and enforce all safety, security and emergency procedures on board.
• Assist with cabin preparation, in‑flight service and post‑flight duties.
• Collaborate with the flight deck and ground teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Height at least 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform.
• Willingness to meet UAE employment‑visa requirements and work a demanding schedule.

• Fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month plus flight‑hour pay (approximately AED 69.60 per hour) and overseas meal allowance.
