Cabling Engineer

About the role

Unified Microsystems LLC is looking for a detail‑oriented Cabling Engineer to deliver high‑quality structured cabling and low‑current system installations. The role involves installing, terminating, testing and troubleshooting copper and fiber networks while ensuring neat, properly labeled cable management.

Key responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test and troubleshoot structured cabling systems (copper and fiber).
• Execute organized cable management in line with industry best practices.
• Support installation and commissioning of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, network infrastructure, AV and background music.
• Perform site surveys and assist with material planning when required.
• Ensure installations comply with project drawings, specifications and safety standards.
• Carry out final fixes, punch‑list clearance and prepare system handover documentation.
• Coordinate with project engineers and supervisors to meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Strong background in structured cabling and low‑current systems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to clean, organized installations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and supervisory teams.
