About the role
An experienced and motivated Café Manager is sought to oversee the daily operations of a café and bakery in Sharjah, UAE, ensure excellent customer service and drive business growth. Arabic speakers are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily café and bakery operations.
- Supervise, train and motivate staff to maintain high performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, food quality and operating costs.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
- Develop strategies to improve sales and achieve business targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a café, bakery or similar industry.
- Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of café operations, inventory and cost control.
- Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality; Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
