Retention and Sales Team Lead

About the role

Dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group, is looking for a Retention and Sales Team Lead in Dubai. You will guide the retention team toward seller retention and auction revenue targets, create plans that reduce seller churn and coach the team on retention techniques and objection handling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop operational plans to lead the retention team to monthly retention targets
• Monitor seller churn and retention performance, identify root causes and recommend corrective action
• Communicate with upper management and team members to meet company goals
• Coach and train the team on retention techniques, objection handling and the value proposition, with regular one-to-ones tracking individual targets
• Apply KPI policies, evaluate team members and organise workflow, lead/call allocation and schedules
• Handle employee complaints and inquiries and provide a professional working environment

Required profile

• University graduate
• 2-3 years of experience in a call centre, sales or retention environment
• 1-2 years of team management experience, ideally leading a retention, collections or sales team
• Arabic and English fluency; comfortable working 6 days a week
